    I paid off my full balance on my Kohls charge card through the collection agency which included interest. It was a little over $400. The collection agency they sent me to said they would notify them and I would recieve a letter from Kohls with my balance paid. This was about 3 weeks ago. Now Kohls is saying I still owe them! Yet I don't and they won't respond to me now. Anyone else have this problem? More...

  • Kohls charging unauthorized bank account

    Back in June 2014 I used a friend of mine bank account to make a ONE TIME PAYMENT for my Kohls charge card and then the following month Kohls received my payment by mail but still when into my friends account and withdraw $40.00 from the account. I went into my Kohls charge account and made sure that my friends bank account info was deleted from my online account. Now my kohls account is not due until 8/2/14 and I send my payment by mail and was received by 7/31/14 which it was 2 days before the due date. And on 8/2/14 Kohls withdraw from my friends account with no permission $119.00. I... More...

  • Kohls Credit Card

    I just encountered the same problem with Kohls stating they sent me a billing statment. They ruined my credit for something I bought for $31.48 and now my credit reflects a delinquency and my score has been lowered almost 70 points! I spent 1 hour and 7 minutes on the phone today and all they said was "our system shows the statement was sent". They're lying and I am furious!! I've only used my four times since I open the account. Has anyone tried to start a class action lawsuit againts these clowns? Kohls is not in compliance with the Fair Credit reporting Act. More...

  • Skipped statements

    For the third time in 12 months Kohls has failed to send a statement, then call demanding payment plus a late fee. The first time around I chalked it up to my oversight of an email notice and paid at the store I person including the $35 late fee. I could find no email from kohls so I changed my billing to snail mail. Second time this happened I complained directly to the store manager, again in person.
