Kohls charge card - Kohls charge
I paid off my full balance on my Kohls charge card through the collection agency which included interest. It was a little over $400. The collection agency they sent me to said they would notify them and I would recieve a letter from Kohls with my balance paid. This was about 3 weeks ago. Now Kohls is saying I still owe them! Yet I don't and they won't respond to me now. Anyone else have this problem?
